These are matte silver-plated chokers made or imported by the Darlene Group of Pawtucket RI. for Chadwicks of Boston. They are 13 inches long plus a 3″ extender and a lobster claw closure. It has rhinestone accents. This is new old stock purchased from the original manufacturer/importer (The Darlene Group) of Pawtucket, RI.
